By purchasing any artwork from me, you are stating that you have read and agree to the following conditions:

GENERAL
1. I have the right to refuse projects and requests based on my discernment and capabilities.
2. I retain full rights to the commission work. If you do not wish for it to be posted on my social media or portfolio, please let me know in advance.
3. Price may vary depending on the type and complexity of commission.
4. Payment first! No cancellations, returns, or refunds once I've started working on the commission.
5. If you share my work online, please credit me appropriately.

PROCESS
- Please provide clear and detailed instructions and references.
- The completion time for commissions is estimated at 1-2 weeks. This duration may be subject to discussion with the client, depending on the scope of the commission.
- Up to two revisions are allowed during each phase (Sketch, Lineart, Colouring). Any additional revisions or adjustments beyond this limit will incur additional charges.
- The final piece(s) will be sent thru Gmail.PAYMENT
- Transactions will be done via Gcash or Maya (local), and Paypal (foreign).
- Strictly payment first: I will begin work only after receiving partial or full payment. Full payment is required for work under 1000 PHP or 20 USD.
- Cancellation may only be allowed when no payment have been sent yet.
- No returns or refunds once I've started working on the commission.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- I maintain original copyright and full ownership of the artwork produced.
- I may share work related to the commission or the commission itself on my portfolio and social media channels during or after the project.
- If you require exclusive rights or a NDA, commercial fee will apply.USAGE POLICY
The commissioner is allowed to:
- Use the artwork for personal use only, unless agreed otherwise.
- Claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
- Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist. You may use the art as freebies.
- Commercial use requires prior agreement and additional fees. ^{Commercial use involves using the commissioned artwork to generate revenue or promote a business.}COMMERCIAL FEE
- For commercial use, such as printing the work into stickers or merchandise for resale, the price will be 2× the base price.
- If the work is used in a way that involves monetization, like featuring it in content that generates revenue, but isn’t directly related to selling the work itself, the price will be 1.5× the base price
